  • Delays or issues occur due to incomplete client information, late feedback, or communication gaps.

  • The project scope changes significantly after the agreement.

  • Work has been delivered or made live, and the client requests changes unrelated to the agreed scope.

  • Services involving third-party costs (domain, hosting, API, plugin, or software licenses) are non-refundable once purchased.

3. Deposit Payments

Initial deposits or advance payments made to secure a project slot are non-refundable unless Cyberaks cancels the project before commencement.
